DAVID LUTES

David (Dave) Lutes is a global talent management, organizational development and Certified Christian (CCA) leadership coach, consultant, and UK CIPD (=SHRM+ATD) Master Trainer. Over 50+ years as a Christian leader, teacher and chaplain, he has also been a senior HR executive with several global corporations. He is a former pastor in churches in three (3) countries  (multinational, both denominational and non-denominational) - each with a uniquely different culture. He is radically and passionately committed to helping people discover God's and their meaning, purpose and direction for their career and life. He has been described as a 'gift and latent skills detector and developer', as he helps people, their leaders, and the organizations they work for and worship in, to discover the wealth and richness among their people. His career and ministry has taken him to 42 countries, working with many dozens of organizations - and numerous churches of all persuasions and foundations. He offers support that is culturally sensitive both remotely and face-to-face as needed.

His personal motto and 'philosophy' as a teacher and preacher, trainer, coach, mentor, and manager, in both work and church, is, “Teach and preach, manage and lead, knowing that you know the Truth, while being equally certain you really know nothing at all - except that you know nothing and have so much still to learn!” 😇. His mission is to help managers and leaders who seek to keep God at the center of their lives at work to do so with a practical, no-nonsense, authentic, and genuine faith that not only honors God, but which is also, actually, ‘Smart Business’.

A trained and certified counsellor, Dave brings his years of pastoral and emotional and spiritual counselling experience to those in need of a listening and caring ear and heart - along with some very practical 'how to's.'
